POSTNATAL (MUM & BABY) YOGA CLASSES
These yoga classes are BYB - bring your baby!! Classes are relaxed and gentle, including postnatal appropriate strengthening and stretching postures, interacting with your baby or with your baby beside you. They may involve baby massage and breathing / relaxation (where possible!). Classes will always include pelvic floor work and movements and stretches to alleviate tensions / strain in the upper back. Each class will be unique, as we go with the flow and our babies. Classes are appropriate for ladies 6 weeks plus with GP / midwife sign off.
Classes take place on a Tuesday at The Hare & The Moon Yoga Studio (12.30-1.30pm)
