Thank you for visiting my website. Here you will find information on the classes I teach from my beautiful Garden Studio in Strawberry Hill, on the Twickenham / Teddington border. I teach a variety of classes including Beginners Yoga, Gentle Hatha Flow, Hatha Vinyasa and Pregnancy Yoga. Integral to all yoga classes is the breath. During classes we learn how to breathe properly and move with the breath in a way that can filter into our daily lives. Classes are small and welcoming, and provide an opportunity to experience the overwhelming benefits of the practice of Yoga. Join in, no matter your age, experience or fitness level. Catriona x |

So Why Yoga?
Yoga benefits the mind & body in a complimentary single practice. It helps strengthen the muscles, improve flexibility and overall harmonise the physical with the mental through presence, meditation and breathing.
