Welcome!
Thank you for visiting my website. Here you will find information on the classes I teach from my beautiful Garden Studio in Strawberry Hill, on the Twickenham / Teddington border. I teach mixed ability Hatha Yoga Classes, Pregnancy Yoga and Breathing & Deep Relaxation Classes. Classes are small and welcoming, and provide an opportunity to meet like minded people. Catriona x

As we enter into Tier 4 in London, sadly group yoga classes are no longer permitted. All classes will continue to be live streamed via Zoom. 

Why Yoga?
The practice of Yoga helps keep the body strong, flexible and functioning well. It also works on a level of mental well being, helping the mind to also become strong and flexible as well as calm, balanced and resilient.

The true goal of Yoga is Happiness. Initially happiness may arise from physical comfort of the body but as we begin to discover the emotional and spiritual benefits of Yoga, our practice starts to unfold and becomes a holistic experience, filtering into our our daily lives..This journey starts with booking your first class...
