GARDEN STUDIO CLASS SCHEDULE 2022
Monday 6.30-7.30pm - Pregnancy Yoga
Tuesday 12.30pm-1.30pm - Beginners' Yoga
Tuesday 7.30-8.30pm - Hatha Vinyasa

Gentle Hatha Flow 

Pregnancy Yoga Class
Classes are suitable for pregnant ladies from 12 weeks (or earlier with consent from doctor or midwife). No previous yoga experience is necessary for these classes.

Beginners' Yoga Classes
This class is for anyone who would like to learn the fundamentals of a balanced Hatha Yoga practice, including postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation and relaxation. These classes are also suitable if you are returning to Yoga after a break and would like to be reminded of the practice and principles behind Hatha Yoga. The aim is that you will have the confidence to join a regular Yoga Class, but more importantly, discover for yourself the overwhelmingly positive experience of practicing yoga.

Gentle Hatha Flow
This class incorporates 'pranayama' (breathing exercises) and takes the student through a gentle flow of stretching and strengthening movements and postures ('asanas') coordinated with the breath. This class is suitable for Beginners or regular yoga practitioners alike. Some of the many benefits of these classes include heightened body awareness, reduced stress, improved posture and balance, deeper fuller breathing, stronger muscles, increased joint mobility, strengthened concentration, overall health improvement and a greater sense of well being.   

Hatha Vinyasa
Like the Gentle Hatha Flow class, this class incorporates 'pranayama' (breathing exercises) and takes the student through a flow of stretching and strengthening movements and postures ('asanas') coordinated with the breath. This class moves at a faster pace than the Gentle Flow class and may hold postures for longer or take postures to a more intense level. This class is suitable for regular yoga practitioners who are looking for a stronger, faster class. Some of the many benefits of these classes include heightened body awareness, reduced stress, improved posture and balance, deeper fuller breathing, stronger muscles, increased joint mobility, strengthened concentration, overall health improvement and a greater sense of well being. 

Private Classes
Private classes may be arranged for 1 to 3 students. These classes can be studio based or streamed via Zoom.

Breathing, Meditation and Deep Relaxation Classes
This class is suitable for all. It may include light stretching, breathing techniques (Pranayama), Meditation and Yoga Nidra. The perfect way to unwind, destress, relax and rejuvenate! You will also learn valuable relaxation techniques to work with at home.
This class will be offered when sufficient interest has been established. If you are interested in this class, please email me at catrionayoga@gmail.com.

- 15 pounds per class booked individually
- 78 pounds for 6 class package (purchase here)
