During this workshop you will be taken on a voyage of discovery. You will explore the undulating, pulsating motility of the vertebral column then the larger, more visible movement of your body. By bringing your conscious awareness into your breathing and your movement you will gently become aware of feelings linked to these movements. At the end of this trip, you will be able to implement simple Wutao movements into your life. This workshop is open to anyone over the age of 18.
Investment: Fifty pounds or Twenty pounds if you book online in advance. Bookings can be made through the following link:

Change how we listen to our body
At the heart of our problems is our ill-adapted approach towards our own body. We prefer to treat is with disdain rather than taking care of it. We try and make our bodies harder rather than encouraging them to become suppler. We try to 'dominate' them rather than listening to them.
By reawakening our sensory intelligence and letting the spinal cord deploy the undulating wave movement animating our life, the art of Wutao brings us more into a new conscious awareness of our bodies, more intimate and delicate.
In doing this, we rediscover its potential, the hidden virtues of our emotions, the subtle pleasure of our own sensations. We develop our perceptions and at the same time we harmonise our relationship with ourselves and therefore with our environment.
